Because, when it comes to a solid fuel fireplace, issues like sealing, fire safety, and structural integrity always come first.
SAVEN, as a manufacturer of steel fireboxes, stoves, and cassettes, takes responsibility for the quality of the materials used and for meeting all production requirements. To confirm this, we provide a warranty on SAVEN steel fireboxes, stoves, and cassettes, purchased from our network of official dealers.

SAVEN fireboxes, stoves, and cassettes (saving energy) truly live up to their name—they heat up quickly and retain heat for a long time, which not only saves on fuel costs but also maintains a comfortable temperature and coziness at home.
We sell our products not only within Ukraine but also export them to EU countries, ensuring that all the materials we use in production are reliable, tested, and certified in the EU.
We want the product you purchase to function properly and safely, so we provide a warranty on every SAVEN firebox, stove, and cassette. The warranty conditions are simple:
- Buy SAVEN products from an official dealer of our company (a list can be found in the Where to buy section) and receive the original warranty label;
- Register the warranty according to the instructions (available in the Warranty section or via the QR code on the label).
SAVEN product warranty | how it works
We provide a full five-year warranty on any SAVEN steel firebox, stove, or cassette. In addition, a warranty on the fireclay inside the firebox is valid for two years.
The warranty period starts for both the firebox and the fireclay from the date of purchase.
For example, if you bought a SAVEN firebox on January 1, 2022, the warranty on the fireclay will be valid until January 1, 2024, and the firebox warranty until January 1, 2027. This is how the official SAVEN steel firebox manufacturer warranty works, following the 5+2 scheme.
Warranty on SAVEN steel firebox, stove, or cassette
With the official manufacturer’s warranty, SAVEN certifies the quality of materials and craftsmanship of the firebox. If any manufacturing defects or faults are found, the company undertakes to rectify them.
We commit to repairing any defects or manufacturing faults free of charge during the warranty period, which lasts five years. This may include:
- Repair of the steel firebox, stove, cassette, or individual parts;
- Replacement with a new equivalent model of proper quality.
Fireclay warranty
To protect the firebox chamber from overheating, we use thick (35 mm) European fireclay. Made from crushed clay and fired multiple times, it results in a robust material capable of both storing and transmitting heat.
A separate two-year warranty on fireclay in SAVEN fireboxes and stoves starts from the date of purchase. In case of damage, we will replace the fireclay panels with new ones. We have deliberately designed our firebox models to allow easy replacement of any fireclay part inside.
Additionally, thanks to the original design developed by SAVEN, the fireclay panels in all models are of uniform size, with only the number varying based on the firebox size. This makes replacing the fireclay easy and quick.
Advantages of fireclay
Fireclay can withstand temperatures up to +1200°C and—most importantly—has high resistance to temperature fluctuations. It absorbs heat and retains it for a long period, extending the heat retention of the firebox.
Lining with thick, protective fireclay panels featuring SAVEN’s original design not only complements the steel firebox but also enhances its primary function—safe room heating.

What the warranty does not cover
The warranty on SAVEN steel fireboxes, stoves, and cassettes covers 5 years of service for the firebox (stove, cassette) and a two-year warranty on fireclay. The warranty is valid for the owner of the original SAVEN product, purchased from the network of certified dealers, and upon presentation of a registered warranty label.
However, the manufacturer’s warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Mechanical damage to the firebox body or parts of the firebox;
- Mechanical damage to the fireclay;
- Improper installation;
- Violation of operating rules, instructions, or safety rules.
