SAVEN manufactures cast iron and steel fireplace inserts, freestanding stoves, ventilation grilles and chimney systems. This site works as a catalogue: you choose a model and send an enquiry, and a manager then agrees the price, the configuration and the delivery with you. There is no shopping cart and no online payment.
Five ways to send an enquiry
- The "Order" or "Request price" button on any product page. A short form opens — name, city, phone and e-mail. Nothing else is required.
- By phone: +38 (067) 846-12-46 or +38 (050) 526-12-46. The fastest route if you have not settled on a model yet.
- By e-mail: [email protected]. Useful when you need to send drawings, opening dimensions or photographs of the room.
- Through the form in the Contacts section — for general questions not tied to a particular model.
- Through an authorised representative. This is the main way to buy: SAVEN is a manufacturer and does not sell directly from this site. Our representatives are listed with addresses and phone numbers in the Where to buy section, and many of them have the equipment on display.
What happens next
A manager will contact you and work through the details with you: which model and output suit your room and your chimney, what the final price is once the configuration is fixed, how and when delivery works, and how payment is arranged. Payment terms are described on the Payment page and shipping on the Delivery page.
Important: sending the form is not an order and does not create a contract. It is an enquiry, after which we will get in touch. Price, configuration, delivery method and delivery cost are agreed separately with a manager — until then you are under no obligation. Catalogue prices are indicative and may change.
For orders outside Ukraine, tell us your country and the model you are considering: we handle export paperwork ourselves and will confirm cost and lead time before anything is agreed.
