Rules, Conditions of Registration, and Warranty for SAVEN™ Products

SAVEN team welcomes you to the purchase of SAVEN TM products. We hope that the SAVEN fireplace insert or stove will harmoniously complement the interior of your home, fill it with warmth, coziness, and pleasant emotions. Caring for the safety of our customers, LLC "SAVEN" strongly advises familiarizing yourself with the installation and operation rules specified in the manufacturer's documentation accompanying each product, the terms of warranty service, and to register the purchased item — it takes a minute and noticeably speeds up any future warranty service.

Please note! Along with the order, the buyer receives a warranty label. This warranty label contains a unique serial number of the product, the model of the purchased item, and a QR code containing a link to the warranty registration page and the unique product code.

The warranty runs from the date of purchase. To claim warranty service you need the warranty card and proof of purchase — a receipt or an invoice. Registering the product is not a condition of the warranty.

Why register, then. Registration links your product serial number to the purchase date in our records. If the card is lost or the print fades, the appliance is still on file and service does not have to be argued from scratch. It takes a minute — scan the QR code on the warranty label.

In case of defects or manufacturing faults, the Guarantor undertakes to rectify these issues in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
  2. The Guarantor is obliged to rectify defects or manufacturing faults found during the warranty period free of charge, provided the rules of this warranty are followed. The defects or faults will be resolved either through the repair of the product or its parts, or if repair is impossible, by replacing it with a product of equivalent quality.
  3. This warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend consumer rights provided by consumer protection legislation.
  4. The Guarantor reserves the right to refuse warranty service in case of non-compliance with the warranty requirements outlined below.

Warranty obligations apply in the following cases:

  1. The owner of the original product has the right to warranty service provided that the warranty card and proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) are presented. The proof of purchase must contain the following: date of sale, product name and model, product serial number (if applicable), contact details, and seller’s and buyer’s stamp and signatures.
  2. The warranty applies to products purchased from an authorized representative and installed according to the recommendations provided in this Installation and Operation Manual.
  3. The warranty period begins on the purchase date and is stated on the proof of purchase. A document without the date, stamp, seller’s signature, or with damage or amendments is considered invalid.
  4. Installation and commissioning must be carried out by qualified professionals from authorized representatives or installers. The authorized representative whose specialists installed the product is responsible for the accuracy and quality of the installation. If external specialists are engaged, the individual claiming the right to warranty service must ensure that the installation requirements specified in the manufacturer’s documentation are met.

Warranty obligations DO NOT apply in the following cases:

  1. If the product is used for purposes other than those intended.
  2. If defects occurred due to mechanical damage.
  3. If defects occurred as a result of force majeure, intentional or careless actions (inaction) of the consumer or third parties (damage caused by electrical current, fire, flooding, foreign objects, substances, oils, liquids, etc. entering the product).
  4. If defects occurred due to the use of non-standard and/or poor-quality consumables (fuel) that do not meet the manufacturer’s recommendations or non-compliance with other requirements listed in the manufacturer’s documentation.
  5. If the product shows signs of unauthorized repairs or other actions by third parties that resulted in a loss of its consumer properties.
  6. If the product malfunctions due to external factors beyond the Guarantor’s control.
  7. The Guarantor and authorized representatives do not bear the cost of organizing related works for ensuring free access to the product’s components for warranty servicing.
  8. The warranty does not cover glass, seals, vermiculite components (deflectors, linings), movable parts, and spare parts damaged due to improper handling of the product or as a result of:
  • Failure to comply with the Installation and Operation Manual;
  • Making any modifications to the product design not specified by the manufacturer;
  • Modifying the air supply flange to the product;
  • Connecting multiple products to one chimney flue;
  • Dismantling or making any modifications to the combustion chamber of the product independently;

Compensation

In case of claims against the manufacturer, the buyer should contact the authorized representative where the purchase was made. If the authorized representative cannot be reached, a written request for repairs or replacement should be sent to [email protected]

The method for resolving product defects is determined by the Guarantor. Warranty service is provided either at the place of product operation or at authorized service centres designated by the Guarantor. To fulfil warranty obligations, the Guarantor has the right to involve an authorized representative.

The Guarantor is not responsible for any damage, directly or indirectly caused by the product to people, pets, or property, if it occurred due to a breach of the rules and conditions of product use as stated in the Installation and Operation Manual, intentional or negligent actions (inaction) by the consumer or third parties, or product installation by unqualified specialists.

In addition to these warranty conditions, advisory and practical assistance on product use and operation are provided by authorized representatives. We strongly recommend regularly engaging qualified professionals for servicing and preventive maintenance of the products.

Warranty questions and answers
  • Do I have to register the product for the warranty to apply?
    No. The warranty runs from the date of purchase. To claim service you need the warranty card and a receipt or invoice. Registration puts your appliance on our records and speeds up service — it is not a condition of the warranty.
  • How long is the warranty on SAVEN products?
    The term is stated on each product page in a separate line called Warranty. For SAVEN Energy fireplace inserts, for example, it is 5 years on the body and 2 years on the firebrick lining. Other brands we represent carry their own manufacturer terms.
  • What documents do I need for a warranty claim?
    The warranty card and proof of purchase — a receipt or an invoice. The document must show the date of sale, the product name and marking, the serial number where applicable, and the seller stamp and signature.
  • What if the warranty label is lost?
    Contact the authorised representative you bought from, or write to [email protected]. If the product was registered, we can find it by serial number in our records — that is exactly what registration is for.
  • Where do I submit a warranty claim?
    First to the authorised representative you bought from. If they do not respond, send a written claim to [email protected]. The guarantor decides how the defect is remedied and may involve an authorised representative to carry out the work.
